CommFreeProperty is a real estate web portal that links up buyers and seller of real estates in Singapore. Its defining difference as a concept as compared to other real estate portals is that it is ran by a group of certified real estate agents that aim to provide users with clarity and education into real estate transactions. Its revenue model is revolutionary in that it charges a fix price instead of a commission for all transactions that happen. Our team was engaged by the team at CommFreeProperty to support them as they conceptualize in detail their ideas, also we were involved with the implementation of the eventual system. Over a period of 9 months, we sat down with Morgan, Jen and Cindy for rounds of discussions to iterate through their concepts and ideation process. We created visual mock ups to facilitate the process of discussing and concluding various aspects of the system. The site was finally launched on 3rd of October.
